Telehandler Operator, Broomehill WA (REF 972817)

Job Description

Our client, a family-owned mixed enterprise located in the Southwest region near Broomehill (3.5 hours south-east of Perth) overlooking the beautiful Stirling Ranges, is looking for an operator to start ASAP to assist with loading bales onto a conveyor using a Telehandler, monitoring pellet process and maintaining a clean workplace.  This mixed property includes 4,600Ha and consists of a 2,600Ha cropping program and a flock of 5,000 breeding ewes sheep.

About the role:

• Loader operating – loading straw on to conveyors for pellet factory;
• Potential for ongoing general farming work for the right candidate;
• Telehandler and tractor experience is required.

What’s on offer:

• Up to 3 months work
• $30/hr depending on experience;
• Opportunity to gains farming experience;
• 7am-5pm Mon-Fri;
• Single quarters with your own room, shower, kitchen, laundry and living space;
• No meals;
