LOCATION * LOCATION * LOCATION!  Required now, a great client of ours is looking for a Senior Farm Hand to join their team of 5 to work across both the cropping and livestock aspects of the business.  This is a fantastic property, very well maintained with excellent machinery – and the icing on the cake is the location – NEW NORCIA, only 120km north-east of Perth!!  As the Senior Farm Hand, you will be operating all broadacre machinery; undertake stock work as required; contribute to the maintenance, repairs and infrastructure projects carried out on farm.

About the Role:

• Operating all levels of modern broadacre machinery within the annual program;
• General servicing and maintenance of machinery, maintain farm infrastructure;
• Small level of Livestock work;
• Team orientation;
• Team of 5.

About You:

• Good mechanical aptitude, be able to display good previous training and operation;
• You will have a passion for agriculture;
• Previous agricultural experience, excellent broadacre machinery experience;
• Minimum 2+ years operating broadacre machinery experience (including spraying);
• HC License or above required;
• Neat, tidy and punctual attitude;
• Be a team player, with a flexible attitude to a mixed farming workplace;
• Ability to communicate well with others;
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure when required;
• Non-smoker/vaper only.
