Job Description

Our client is a leading supplier of Case IH equipment and machinery in the wheatbelt, with branch locations based within close proximity to Perth metro area, is currently seeking a Parts Consultant who has a genuine interest in working within Agriculture.  Responsibilities of the role includes working closely with farmers and agricultural businesses to provide expert guidance and support on the latest farming equipment and machinery. Spare parts enquiries, sales and orders of parts/equipment, assisting internal workshop, stock inventory, dispatching, and warehousing duties. An attractive salary is offered, and a fully maintained company vehicle for work use. Potential housing and relocation support could be negotiated for the right candidate.

About the Role:

  • Immediate start available

About You:

  • Sales & Customer Service or Parts background, or willingness to learn!
  • Agricultural industry would be preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience in parts or equipment sales role, customer service roles, phone skills, communication, teamwork
  • Knowledge and technical understanding of farming equipment and machinery would be an advantage; however, training will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Driven, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Adaptable and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • C Class drivers licence at a minimum
  • HRWL Forklift licence is desirable

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary range: $28-$35, negotiable depending on experience and skills,
  • Hours of work: Mon – Fri 8-5, Saturdays on roster and overtime in busy periods
