MC Truck Driver, Cascade WA

Job Description

An MC Truck Driver is required in the Esperance region of Western Australia for a family owned and operated property.  Starting mid-October until Christmas, with the possibility to stay on longer, you’ll be operating a Volvo prime mover for short hauls. Training can be provided for grain carting.  Accommodation and meals provided.  Strictly non-smoking/vaping.

• Friends, siblings and couples considered as 2 Chaser Bin Operators are also required.

About the role:

• Working in a team of 6;
• Operating a 2010 Volvo prime mover with automatic transmission;
• Grain carting off site, loading, basic maintenance and greasing;
• Short hauls, 6-7 loads per day;
• Can stay on for a couple more months to cart lime.

About you:

• Must have MC licence to operate a road train;
• Must have fatigue management and medical fitness certificates;
• Previous experience needed and additional training can be provided;
• Strictly non-smokers/vapers.

What’s on offer: 

• Hourly rate: $42;
• Hours: minimum 10-hour days, 6/7 days a week as required
• Accommodation: Shared 3×1 house or single donga with ensuite or bring your own caravan;
• Meals: Dinner Provided, with lunch supplies available to make own lunch.
