Great opportunity with a fantastic employer! Mixed farming enterprise on 8,000HA are looking for an Entry level or Junior Farm Hand to join their team. Located in Beacon, WA (3hrs east of Perth), you will be offered a comfortable 3 x 2 home located in central Beacon and a work vehicle. A genuine passion for farming and willingness to learn new skills is essential, all training will be provided.

About the role:

• Operating large modern farm machinery;
• Machinery maintenance;
• Cattle husbandry (200 angus cattle);
• Fencing;
• Any other duties as required on a busy farm;
• Full training will be provided;
• Supportive work environment.

Essential skills:

• A good work ethic;
• Willing to work in a team;
• Willing to do variety of tasks.

Desirable skills:

• Previous experience operating machinery and using GPS; 
• Mechanical aptitude.

Other details:

• Must be fit and healthy and be willing to undergo drug test if requested;
• This is a non smoking property.

What’s on offer:

• Starting salary of $70K+ salary negotiated depending on experience;
• 45 hour week, (50 to 60 hours per week in the busy seasons);
• 3 x 2 house located in central Beacon (all utilities provided);
