Job Description

A family owned cropping enterprise located in the WA Mid West is seeking an experienced General Farm Hand to commence in July.  You will be operating all broadacre machinery including header, seeder, sprayer, spreader, chaser etc.  Machinery maintenance, workshop tasks as well as general farm duties will be required.  There is a 3 bedroom home provided which is suitable for a family.

• Located approx 4 hours north of Perth and 2 hours south east of Geraldton;

About the Role:

• July commencement;
• Machinery operation required in running a cropping property such as seeding, spraying, harvesting etc;
• Mechanical/workshop skills: maintaining machinery, general repairs, workshop tasks;
• General Farm work as and when required;
• You will be joining a team of 2.

About you:

• Experience with seeding, spraying and harvesting operations;
• Ability to work well in a small team;
• Honest and reliable;
• Mechanically and welding skills desirable;
• Flexible with seasonal work and long hours;
• HR truck licence preferred.
