**CAREER Progression** Our client is looking for a General Farm Hand/Machinery Operator to join their large cropping enterprise of 25,000Ha. Located only 3 hours North of Perth, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Farm Hand to upskill and progress their career within the Agricultural industry. The right candidate will, over time, have the opportunity to move into a Senior/Overseer position. About the Role:

• Machinery operations including seeding, spraying, harvest and tractors operations;
• Modern John Deere equipment;
• Machinery maintenance & workshop assistance;
• Truck driving (seasonal);
• General farm duties as required.

 
About You:

• Broadacre machinery operating experience;
• Previous crop farming knowledge & experience;
• Mechanical aptitude & previous maintenance experience;
• The ability to work well within a team environment;
• C-Manual Drivers license essential, HR or MC desirable;
• A genuine interest in growing into a senior position.

 
What’s on Offer:

• $30 to $35 per hour (depending on skills & experience);
• Accommodation: 3×1 house in town, suitable for singles, couples or families;
• 5 days,10 hours per day (on average). 6 days, 12 hours per day during seeding and harvest;
• Primary school in Kalannie and Secondary school options in Dalwallinu (40 mins away);
