An experienced General Farm Hand is required on a large cropping enterprise, located in the picturesque Southern region of Western Australia, only 45 minutes from the pristine beaches of Bremer Bay and 1.5hrs from Albany.  This farming family are offering a great opportunity to settle into a rewarding farming position, grow your agricultural skills and step up to the challenge. About The Role:

• Broadacre machinery operation; seeding, spraying, harvesting, spreading;
• Mechanical/workshop duties; maintaining machinery and general repairs and workshop tasks;
• 40 hour working week, 5 days per week in the off peak; and longer days across 6 days of the week during peak seeding and harvest times;
• General farm duties as required.

About You:

• Agricultural knowledge and experience with seeding and harvest operations and associated machinery;
• Those with 1-2 years broadacre experience will be considered with good initiative and a can-do attitude;
• Must have a passion for the Agricultural industry, specifically broadacre cropping;
• Possess strong initiative, with high attention to detail and organisational skills;
• Ability to work well within a team environment as well as autonomously;
• C-manual driver’s license essential, HR driver’s license desirable;
• Non-smoker essential.

• Salary: in the vicinity of $80-90,000+ depending on experience and skills;
