Job Description
A fantastic opportunity exists to join a progressive family-run cropping enterprise in the Corrigin region of Western Australia. The role suits a motivated and reliable operator keen to work with modern equipment in a supportive team environment.

About the Role:
- Seeding, harvest, spreading & spraying operations;
- Chemical mixing and independent boom spray work;
- General farm tasks, fencing & machinery maintenance;
- Basic mechanical/welding work and workshop duties;
- MC truck operation and general farm vehicle use.
About You:
- Valid drivers licence (MC or working towards it preferred);
- Tractor and boom spray operation experience;
- Confident with chemical handling and field spraying;
- Mechanically minded with basic welding skills;
- Strong work ethic, initiative and team spirit;
- Leadership potential and willingness to mentor staff.
