This well-established 6,500ha cropping farm is on the hunt for a dedicated Mechanic / Machinery Operator to take ownership of workshop operations and support field activities during peak seasons.

About the Role:
- 50% mechanical work: servicing, maintenance, workshop-based tasks
- 50% machinery operation: seeding, harvest, general broadacre work
- Operate & maintain modern gear across diverse cropping activities
- Professional attitude, strong autonomy & safety mindset essential
- Variety is key – they’ll keep your days interesting and skills sharp
- You’ll be supported but expected to take ownership and show initiative.
About You:
- Qualified HD Mechanic or solid hands-on mechanical experience
- Drivers licence (C required, HR/MC desirable)
- Previous farm/machinery experience preferred, but not essential if your mechanical skills are strong
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Strong safety focus, ownership, and reliability
- No smoking or vaping permitted on site or machinery
- Looking to settle long-term with a team that values loyalty and quality work.
