Australian Citizens Or Permanent Residents

Harvest Trail Services is a Federal Government initiative and as such, we have a certain level of compliance we must adhere to.

Therefore we are required to gather the following information from you before we can assist with work placements.

STEP 1: The Form

Please complete and send through the registration form listed below (no need to print – type directly into the form, save to your computer, and email back).

Important: If you have a Centrelink Reference Number (CRN), please provide this – you will NOT need to complete the Direct Registration Form.  Proceed to Step 1 below.

STEP 2: The Other Information

When sending the completed form by email, you MUST also include the following:

  1. Email your updated resume (a simple version is acceptable)
  2. Provide proof of your Citizenship/Permanent Residency status such as passort, citizenship certificate, birth certificate, Visa
  3. Proof of Identification - You must provide the documentation specified in either Group A or Group B detailed on Page 4 of registration form (take a photo and email through)
  4. What dates are you available FROM and TO?
  5. List the names of anyone you are wishing to work with
  6. Confirm which locations you are able to work in as per list below (please provide specific details/distances if youare not flexible):
    - Perth North West
    - Perth North East
    - South West, WA
    - Any location
  7. Where did you hear about Harvest Trail Services - Facebook, JobSearch, Word of Mouth, or somewhere else?

STEP 3: Where To Send It

Please send the completed form as well as the above information to hts@ruralenterprises.com.au

Once this information has been received, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
