44yo NZ man who has been working in the dairy industry for over 12 years and now that his kids have grown up, he is hoping to relocate to Australia with his wife for a new opportunity. His previous experience covers all aspects of cattle husbandry, feeding out, milking (using a rotary and herringbone system), pasture management, machinery operation and staff supervision & training and he has managed up to 850-900 cattle and 4-5 staff. AI is a skill that he is determined to learn. Ideally, he is looking for a Herd Manager or 2IC position with long term growth opportunities and job security once he has relocated to Australia. He is a non-smoker, relocating with his wife (only) and is currently applying for his Australian driver’s license.
