31yo non-smoking, Australian male is looking for a Farm Manager position in the North-West region of WA. He has previously owned and operated his own cropping & sheep property as well as worked in sales, machinery operations and other relevant agricultural positions. He is passionate about farming and is hoping to find a 5+ year project as a Farm Manager (flexible to mixed or 100% cropping). He enjoys leading a team and has managed up to 14 staff in previous roles. He has operated headers, seeders, sprayers, tractors, and chaser bins and is trained in GPS systems Greenstar, Trimble & Topcon. He is also competent in machinery maintenance, repairs, welding & fabrication as well as fencing and has a lot of product knowledge in equipment and chemicals. He is flexible to start within 2 weeks and will be relocating on his own, requiring single accommodation.
