In February 2013, Rural Enterprises Australia was purchased by husband and wife team, Emma and Stuart Willis.  They have both travelled and know how wonderful it is to find work and travel at the same time. It provides great opportunities to see parts of the country you would not normally visit as a tourist as well as forming friendships with other travelers and locals.

Rural Enterprises is our Farming Employment Agent of choice. They are big enough to be always available and small enough to know us personally. We have had many seasonal staff placed through them over the past 15 years at least. The team can gauge and explain a candidate well. Their procedures are reliable and efficient so resumes come to us quickly when requested. Although they have a replacement policy if the person was not right for our position, we have had suitable people placed with us and we have not had to utilise this.
