Job Description

1x Air Seeder Operator and 1x Spray Operator required on a great family farm with a 6000 Ha cropping program located in Wheatbelt of WA, 180km northeast of Perth.  Commencing mid April and running through to mid June.  The farmer has additional work for one person to stay on until July/August. About the roles:
 
Air Seeder and Sprayer roles :

• Carrying out stubble crunching of Canola and then deep ripping;
• 1x Spray Operator. Someone willing stay until July/August. Miller Nitro or CASE Patriot;
• 2x Air Seeder Operators. Challenger 865E 1700 simplicity box and 18ft DBS bar.

About you:

• MUST have broadacre machinery operation experience;
• Those with specific seeding and/or spraying experience favoured;
• Minimum 2 years farming background;
• Strong English speaking skills.

What’s on offer:

• Hours: 13 hour days, 6 days per week (Sunday off);
• Shifts: 6 days on day shift; 6 days night shift; 
• Accommodation: Self contained ensuite dongas;
• Meals: Cooked dinner and packed lunch provided, and food provided to make own breakfast;
• $35-40/hr depending on experience;
