Chaser Bin Operator, Tammin WA

Job Description

A Chaser Bin Operator is required on a family operated property with a 3,500Ha cropping program located near Tammin in Western Australia (195km east of Perth). Starting early October to mid-late December (can stay longer), you’ll be operating John Deere machinery. Working in a team of 6 with accommodation and work vehicle provided.

About the role:

• Starting early October to mid-late December;
• Operating a John Deere 8310R with a 24T bin;
• Assist with other general duties as required.

 
About you:

• Must have ag machinery operating experience; can train to chase;
• Basic mechanical skills advantageous;
• Good English speaking and communication skills;
• Must have initiative, be organised and have good listening skills;
• Driver’s licence essential;
• Prefer non-smokers/vapers.

What’s on offer:

• Hourly rate: $33+, depending on experience;
• Hours: 12 hours days, 6 days per week;
• Accommodation: 3-bedroom house on farm;
• No meals; 24 hour roadhouse located 2km away from accommodation;
• Work vehicle provided.
