Header Operator and 2 Chaser Bin Operators, York WA

Job Description

A Header Operator and 2 Chaser Bin Operators are required on a family operated property with a 5,500Ha cropping program located in York, Western Australia (100km east of Perth).  Starting mid-late October until Christmas, you’ll be operating John Deere machinery.  Accommodation and dinner are provided and competitive pay rates for experienced operators. Will consider couples, friends and siblings travelling together. Strictly non-smoking/vaping.

About the role:

• Family-owned property with a 5,500Ha cropping program;
• Header: Operating a John Deere S680 with a 40ft;
• Chasers: Operating John Deere 7R and 8R FWD with 30T bins.

About you:

• Header operator: at least 1 seasons’ experience;
• Chaser operators: large ag machinery operating experience, preferably chasing;
• Ability to work with an experienced team and have a great attitude;
• Willingness to listen and learn;
• Good English speaking and communication skills;
• Strictly non-smokers/vaping.
