**CAREER Progression** Our client is looking for a General Farm Hand/Machinery Operator to join their large cropping enterprise of 25,000Ha. Located only 3 hours North of Perth, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Farm Hand to upskill and progress their career within the Agricultural industry. The right candidate will, over time, have the opportunity to move into a Senior/Overseer position. A modern grain growing enterprise that offer the latest farming processes & systems with an excellent track record when it comes to progressive farming.

About the Role:
- Machinery operations including seeding, spraying, harvest and tractors operations;
- Modern John Deere equipment;
- Machinery maintenance & workshop assistance;
- Truck driving (seasonal);
- General farm duties as required;
About You:
- Broadacre machinery operating experience;
- Previous crop farming knowledge & experience;
- Mechanical aptitude & previous maintenance experience;
- The ability to work well within a team environment;
- C-Manual Drivers license essential, Hr or MC desirable;
- A genuine interest in growing into a senior position;
What’s on Offer:
- $30 to $35 per hour (depending on skills & experience);
- Accommodation: 3×1 homes in town, suitable for singles, couples or families;
- 5 days,10 hours per day (on average). 6 days, 12 hours per day during seeding and harvest;
- Primary school in Kalannie and bus stop to Secondary school is located at farm gate;
- Work opportunities for partner either on farm OR in the local area;
